This is a question I have to ask my clients almost on a daily basis. Did you eat breakfast? Then if they answer yes I have to ask what it was, coffee is not breakfast! Did you know that when you go to sleep your body changes how it burns calories? It burns them much slower, and will continue to burn calories at a much slower rate until it has received notice from the stomach that it is receiving more food. What does that mean to you? Well it means your body is not going to be efficiently burning calories until you eat. So if you are trying to lose body fat think before you run out the door. Fuel yourself with a breakfast high in protein and healthy fat. My go to is Avocado toast (recipe below) This will supply you with power and energy for your day. And it tastes great!

1 slice Bfree bread (it's gluten free)
2 eggs Over Medium
1/4 avocado (approx 50g)
Fresh Cilantro a pinch or two
Onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste.
