Olympic lifting Is a great tool to involve a full body range of motion. It helps develop speed, flexibility, and coordinated, total-body strength and muscle. Olympic weight lifting, consists of two types of lifts: the snatch, and the clean and jerk. Both are overhead lifts. The goal is to lift maximum weight at a rapid speed using a barbell. Honestly you'll feel like a badass once you have mastered the movements and get some serious weight over your head.
