Today there are so many different  fitness  modalities out there from Crossfit to Zumba to Beach Body that you get lost in what is the best.  This site helps take you back to the basics, strength training. First off, if you are reading this and looking for a real fitness program, then you are in the right place. Hi my name is Kathryn Lesko. I created this web page as a resource  to help you on your fitness journey. This site is full of exercise demos for all fitness levels. Feel free to browse around. All the information on here is totally free. Check back often to see the newest updates. I'm adding something new everyday so don't miss out.

More About Me: 

I have been in the health and fitness industry now for over 14 years. Wow saying that out loud makes me feel old. And how I got my start is probably similar to the same reason why you are here.....

Upon my initial visit with Katie I thought “she’s too fit to be my trainer”. We all want fit trainers that also don’t intimidate us. Katie is an amazing athlete, obviously,  but I’m saying folks should be motivated by Katie, not intimidated. She’s real, she’s human. She has super sore days, she has days when life happens and she tries to deal and roll with it. But no matter what, Katie will be there for her clients; motivating us, paying close attention to our form, making us feel like we are her only priority, and putting personal attention into every work out. 

Katie is why I train at YMCA.
