What is the BEST?!

I get asked this all the time... What is the best..... diet, exercise, cardio, weight lifting movement for me..... And honestly I don't know. Let me explain Why....


One thing you have to remember is each and every person is unique. Not just by what they think but physiologically as well. Yes our bodys are the same as far a the fact that we are human but each individual is completely unique. Not everyone builds muscle the same or burns calories the same. Each persons arms and legs are different lengths which makes angles on lifts different. You have people with food allergies that can not eat the same as everyone else..... are you getting the picture yet? We are made so wonderfully unique that there will never be a "perfect" answer to the question what is the best.... What is the best thing for me may not be the best thing for you. That is why I love personal Training. What I CAN do for that question is help you find the BEST, diet, exercise, cardio, or weightlifting movement for YOU.



On that note.... if you are curious.... in my opinion, for me what is the best... (for me)

Exercise - Burpees

Cardio - Box jumps (I hate running)

Olympic Lifting- Clean and Jerk

WeightLifting - Deadlift

Diet - Paleo, real paleo.
