Exercise: The Start Up

This is a great way to getting started. Kinda like your couch to 5k for runners, but just all body weight. ALWAYS have a goal in mind. Try to beat the clock. Do this workout for time. Set up a clock and see how long it takes for you to complete this workout. There are videos on how to do the movements, watch them before you start..

Warm up: 30 jumping jacks, 20 mountain climbers, 10 hinge toe touches x 3 rounds

Workout : this is what you need to time. Make sure you have everything set up before you start.

Beginner: 10 reps each x 5 rounds

Intermediate: 15 reps each x 6 rounds

Advanced: 20 reps each x 8 rounds
