Seems like were going back in the day when we had our diaries. The cute little ones with that damn lock you were always misplacing the key to. But Journaling really works! It helps get all the thoughts and emotions down on paper so we can really see them. This allows us to notice patterns and start to take notes of the things that are taking up too much of our brain space. Being able to start to see theses connections allows us the ability to make positive changes in areas of our lives that maybe we didn't think was an issue.
