Workout:
30 Reps each, you must complete all reps before moving on to the next movement. You can do this in order or pick and choose your own, as long as you complete them all .

Standing reverse lunge only Right leg
Standing reverse lunge only left leg
Pike v modified handstand push up
Russian twist (pairs)
Back Extensions or Supermans if you have no equipment.
Remember have fun, blast that music keep up the pace. Remember when it gets hard it only takes one rep at a time to chip away at this one.
If you need to make it harder feel free to add weights to the lunges, Russian twist, back extensions and squats.
