What is a EMOM it stands for Every Minute on the Minute. You can do this workout with no equipment and just about anywhere.
warm up
30 jumping jacks
20 mountain climbers
10 squats
3 rounds
Workout - you will need a tabata timer (download for free) set it to go off each minute that way you will not get distracted. Complete one round each minute on the minute. If you complete the round BEFORE your minute is up then rest until the timer beeps for the next minute.
