I don't get the point in waiting for the right day to lose weight or gain strength. What is so significant about that day? What are you waiting for? The right day? The right time? Really there is never the right day or time except TODAY! When you notice that a change needs to be made you need to act on it. Not wait! Think about it, if you want to lose weight and decide that you are going to start in a month, think about how far you could have been if you started TODAY!. Don't wait, Don't hesitate, hesitation is the crack that starts to form to let all of your excuses in. If you hesitate or wait for the "perfect time" to start soon you'll have a whole list of excuses as to why you have to wait longer or why it is too hard..... Don't have a list of excuses have a list of results. Things you have accomplished not regrets. You have one life! Don't have regrets. Live it to the fullest.
